Cozy atmosphere, quaint rooms, walk to the downtown area through a forest. Secluded from traffic noise and a vineyard and castle restaurant down the road.

We had a very comfortable stay. Room was spacious and well appointed. The location of the hotel reinforces an ambiance of peace and quiet. The restaurant associated with the hotel is about a 300 meter walk away, a feature that keeps the hotel environment quiet. The restaurant is situated on a promontory, with a wonderful view of the old town beneath and countryside beyond. Breakfasts, in the hotel, were excellent and served in a very attractive environment. It appears to be an excellent location and set-up for business conferencing. If visiting the town in the future, we would stay again. Well located for wine touring. Located in the Nahe and with easy access to the Pfalz, Rhinegau and Mittle Rhine regions.

While only having dinner at the restaurant once, the menu and food were good but not quite as good as was expected. The walk into the old town is only about 12 minutes, albeit steep in parts. While recognizing the very dry conditions this Spring, the grounds around the hotel seem to have been let go and suggest an element of decline in the operation of the hotel.

This is a great hotel located high on a hill overlooking the city of Bad Kreuznach. I was worried about staying here as that none of the hotels are rated very well in this city, but it was the best hotel we stayed at by far on our entire trip! Our rooms were large and clean with a very nice size tv and very comfortable pillows and mattress. While the hotel's restaurant is not actually on the premises, it's only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and not at all a problem for us. We ate there for lunch and dinner and while the prices might be a bit higher than some other locations, the food was very good! The included breakfast, however, is in the hotel and was excellent. This is a full breakfast with eggs. Meats, cheese, cereal etc. I was impressed to find that they had free WIFI...this was the only place that had this included!! I thought that the staff was pretty good. My only complaint was that when we needed a wake up call at 6am, we were told that staff did not get in until 6:30am. In the end, the staff did come in early and called us at 6am, but that would not be acceptable to me in a room that has no alarm clock.

See above...my one complaint is not having staff available at all times for wake up calls.

Spacious rooms with a nice town view 😊 They are practical and really big.

Upon arrival, we were pleased to find our comfortable double room with a garden view ready and the peaceful location of the hotel made it convenient to walk to the Museum of Puppetry Culture nearby.

Excellent location outside Bad Kreuznach in the middle of fields and vineyards. At the same time, a short walk from the town centre. Very quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Typical heary German breakfast provided

No lift access to the upper floors so may not be appropriate for elderly or less mobile guests

The location here is great, close to Klein Venedig; our rooms had lovely garden views, and the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating.

Although the hotel was located in the city it was on a hillside overlook. Excellent views and very quiet

No staff after lunch on Sunday no wi fi the last 3days because of thunder I hate to think what had happened prior to this

The location, parking, and restaurant were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection and a nice bar with outdoor seating. Scenic surroundings and free bike rentals.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
